It was during a class.
They were examining law regarding nuclear power. Discussing things done in countries where nuclear power is used. That led into national security and then to his now famous line. It sounds like the class is a little more Op-Ed than usual, which is sad because it's pretty interesting. We'll see how this is handled. No one's really to upset about it. Since the professor is pretty likable otherwise.

I voted this morning. Frigging SF/California voter booklet for the election was 192 pages. I am not making this sh*t up: 192 pages. That's longer the Enron's latest dissertation.
