That's just wrong on so many levels.
You either use the web for what it was created (porn & donwloading illegal files), or you just don't use it at all!
I don't think you can because it's not strictly about the EU. I'm looking for Serbia - EU relation when it comes to export. Like, what do I need and to look after and how does all that work.
Well I like the way you think. But even us, the illegal consumers, have to cross that line.

For this stuff I use government sites and stuff like that. Read suggestions and some 'legal' papers.
But how is it unreliable? I agree it can be misleading but most of the time it's truth and helps, if we're not talking about Wikipedia that can everyone edit. But even that is pretty reliable I think. It's not like I'd study by reading some blogs, though.
