Okay I can say.

I still can't sprint, I can run but I have to be-careful with my steps. I do jogging though 4times a week for 30-40min each time.

I'm done with Psychotherapies, now the doctor requested some 4hours of swimming weekly and some movements for my thighs and legs that should be doing them while standing in water. All in all I feel better but I feel it's taking too much time.

Also I feel disturbed at times after doing some running or jogging, I feel the screws inside my knee the next morning.

7months or more passed since my surgery. I hope in 2months I'll be able to sprint and lift more weight in the gym because I'm still lifting light weights up until now.
Damn, that's rough, man. But at least things are going better. And are you still in pain or just discomfort now?

No pain, unless I turn on the air-condition in my car or if it's too cold outside I feel something wrong but no major pain. Just uncomfortable at times.

It's really rough. I hope you wont ever pass through this. Terrible feeling and pain after surgery and you pass through lot of shits.

I always knew England sucked, I was just always being stubborn. If the opportunity came along to move to either the states or Canada I'd jump at the chance to.
