So some people died on the next street over and there's an estate auction going on. The company running the auction has decided to block the alley behind out house, where people who live on our street park. My dad asked if they were going to move once they finished setting up. They told him, they weren't moving until sunday.

They might have a permit. My pops says he'll call some of the guys he knows at the City and see what's up.

It's understandable to block the alley for a few hours while you load/unload. But blocking the alley for an entire weekend is overkill. And to be rude about it in addition. I hope they don't think they can use the alley for parking. Shit'll get messy then.
