Thankfully I've stopped drinking tea or coffee at work... When I joined this place 4 years back I used to drink a cup almost every hour..
Yeah I try to keep it down too. I drink one or two at work usually, used to be more.

Getting undisturbed sleep lately?
Yeah not bad. Also had a sorta sleep training camp on my vacation, spent 3 weeks sleeping on a thin mattress in a tent. Fairly "rough" sleeping conditions for someone who supposedly doesn't sleep well. But I was fine, even felt well rested quite often. Granted, I was getting a ton of what they call "air".

It was meant for Martin :p But now that you have answered, why? Stress?

Oh nice.. I'm getting 6-7 hrs sleep everyday lately. But still feel a lot tired when I wake up. Need to get back to the gym. That might help...

Fruit juices out of a container, though? Cause those unfortunately aren't so good for you. They have added sugar and the acid is bad for your teeth.
Fresh fruit juices. We got a fresh fruit juice shop in our office. It's cut and prepared right on the spot.

Well, the past few weeks, I used to be awake till 2am after watching the WC matches, and then watch Breaking Bad or some other movie till 6, which left me with about 6 hours of sleep. Sometimes I couldn't sleep till about 10-11am, which left me with 2-3 hours of sleep. Hopefully it gets better from today, got I slept from 2-9 and got my sleeping cycle back on track. I need my 7-8 hours of sleep.
