Actually, I didn't realize Nick was 19. I assume he lives with his parents? And I think you guys don't have to deal with paying for gas constantly, insurance, etc.

I have just found a newly renovated, clean, and spacious house with a nice porch and backyard to share with 2 other graduate student for a great price and only steps from university campus. I am just waiting for the landlord to get back to me
