sick bro, that must be like 14-16k a year. Its good you are in a job that can develop you, they aren't easy to get hold off at the moment.
More than that, 18k I'm currently earning. I'm planning on doing the Florida coast next year with some friends. The money comes in handy for that I guess.

I was going to say 17-20 but its easier to say low and be corrected :agree:

What do you get taxed on that? Im earning 1k a month and get 25% (i think).

Do you enjoy doing it?

My brother worked as a junior accountant for a while and he didnt get on with it (i know its not the same thing, but its working with numbers)

Nice. I was really into it a few years back when Classic Army and Tokyo Marui where the only companies making most of the reliable AEGs. As my friends stopped playing so did I but I had quite an arsenal back then. I'm sure the world of airsoft has changed dramatically in the past few years.

i know what an airsoft is aswell - its like a bb but fires different pellets and uses a different firing mechanism - right?
Yea and the guns (the nicer ones that is) are modeled to be as realistic as possible. Of course they use cheaper metals but I've compared a few airsoft and real guns before and the resemblance is frightening. You actually can't tell the difference without handling it.
I like San Francisco, but I'm not a fan of LA.
Northern California is better all around except maybe the beaches. Everybody here is so much friendlier and less superficial than the South.

When i'm next in america id like to go for a day of it, it looks really fun. Looks a lot mroe tactical than paintballing which is something i enjoy when i get to go do it!

The thing that has always annoyed me when in America is how incredibly insincere most people are.

SF was slightly less bad for that than other places I've been to.

Yea Airsofting seriously or casually is a lot of fun.

There was a place about a 30 min drive from my house where serious airsofters (people with good quality guns and equipment) would gather and play on a set up empty plot of land. It had woods, open area, bunkers, a tower and an abandoned trailer park over acres of space. Anybody could come play if you brought a nice gun and face protection so it usually drew about 100 people fully decked out in camouflage and real tactical gear to start massive objective based games, some of the most fun I've ever had.

I guess I don't notice it since I live here but the Bay Area is my favorite place. I can't imagine living anywhere else.

yeah but do many people do that? £15k would be $22,5k, would that be better?

I couldn't do my job as a full time long term job, i would earn 12k before tax which would be about $16k.
Actually, I didn't realize Nick was 19. I assume he lives with his parents? And I think you guys don't have to deal with paying for gas constantly, insurance, etc.

That's part time pay? Jesus, that's a lot :D You guys got it made.
