well of course it is....but in the uk it comes from natural springs and is generally free from purification chemicals that are found in tap waters.

I do find it horrifying that water is a bought and sold commodity

No idea why somebody would buy that sort of product.
i only buy bottled water when i am doing long drives or as part of my meal allowance at work because im not drinking sugary/carbonated drinks anymore.

I never bought dasani, i tried it once when my parents got me it and it was fucking disgusting so i never had it again....and it was pulled from the shelves when it was published.

I don't know about feeling better but I would say that it tastes better than most bottled water.
