    this is kinda lame, beautiful day, sunny afternoon, my parents are away with the horse so my brother is having a bbq - but im not drinking or smoking and all his mates are :(

    (that makes me sound like a loner but hes four years older than me and all of my mates are still at uni)

    Rab: eating alot was a big problem for me but i fixed it by eating a big salad dish before my meal, then for my meal i use small dish so portion will be smaller. in between meals i drink alot of water, eat carrots, fruits and ALMONDS ( Almonds fills you up). Eat whole weat bread only and one piece of bread per day

    I know bro, we do eat alot :D, and alot of it is bad habbit since the food is smothered with butter/oil eventhough it taste good, but when i am back home i always add around 5lbs. If you increase your number of meals and decrease the portion, should work better for your metabolism. Otherwise Rab you will end up having a Red neck American's beer belly, and nobody wants to look like those Americans :p
