Rab: eating alot was a big problem for me but i fixed it by eating a big salad dish before my meal, then for my meal i use small dish so portion will be smaller. in between meals i drink alot of water, eat carrots, fruits and ALMONDS ( Almonds fills you up). Eat whole weat bread only and one piece of bread per day
