north African nations have issues with us
no in all honesty i think its great there is rivalry as long as it stays with in its right healthy context. in the past there was no bad blood between egypt and north African nations but the problem started when north African nations mixed politics with footie ( you cant say its the other way around bec north african nations par morocco and libya have a heard voice regarding the arab/isreali conflict) . imo this is where the shit hits the fan but it also reflects on how people are silenced in there every day life up until they get a chance to express there feelings in stadiums ( the same applies here) away from footie i think egypt is loved by north African nations for various reasons. i know this bec my mum's cousins are born to a Moroccan mum and when they go to Morocco for summers they are always treated well and people just love hearing them talk with there tv accent
and also i have a friend who was working in libya for 6 month and he was always happy there with how people treated him. the same applies to tunisia where its vice versa.

so yeah it hurt them back then and it was time to hurt us in 2009. then people where really charged up on politics so it had to spill and ruin a lot of things. it sucks that the arab world is divided into two sections. arab countries i,e egypt, sudan, gulf states, syria, lebanon, and palestine and then u have north african nations. imo they should all be one thing which is arab countries but some people even here are pushing for this division which is retarded.
as for us being the d-bag well not really we r more like manure or juventus in north africa u either like our teams or u hate them not to mention egyptain national teams and clubs are the most successful on the continent the problem is we inherited over-rating anything egyptain like the brits do and hence people hate it. i,e like england claims to have the best team in the world ahead of each world cup we claim to have the best team and all north african teams can suck on it sth which really and rightly hurts our north african nieghbors, i,e we gloat when we win!
