if memory serves me right, ferrari launched a similar model (i,e 4 seater) but that did'nt flare well either although in all honesty it was a sweet looking car!

The front looks nice, love the engine, but the full view of the car is ugly as hell.

On looks, I'd have to agree, definitely the Aston, but that's also double the price of the Panamera.

I'm not a big fan of the Panamera's looks myself, especially the back, but it kind of grew on me, I see them by the dozens in Germany. It's just that apparently they're a ridiculously good drive. A lot of people will jump to the opportunity to drive a big Porsche saloon, as they never used to make those.

I honestly don't know what I'd do if there were a 7-series and Panamera infront of me and I could pick, as you're in the car when you're driving it.

After having one myself, I can't get enough of the awesomeness of the power and the sound, despite the more expensive cost of repair. My 2000 1.8T Passat still gets going very well, and 2002 1.8T Jetta is even better. Such fun to drive.

I haven't driven a Turbo Diesel yet but I'd like to. My dad has been looking at the A4 and A6 inline 6's and the TDI's. I'm really hoping he gets one of those opposed to a Japanese sedan like the Acura TL.
