Both great comedians. And I can see what you mean. I found Walter funnier. Partly because I could probably identify with him more than Jack.

I agree, but in Some like it Hot, Jack is unbeatable.

Jack is also great in The Apartment and even in a more serious role in The Days of Wine and Roses. But Some Like It Hot is where he shines as a comedian.

Somehow though, he didn't sustain a great career. I think he was a Great actor but made too few great films.
