The thing with Easter is that its not a funeral!!! Its a celebration because Jesus Christ has resurrected.

On thursday we conmemorate the Last Meal
On friday we comnmemorate Jesus' death, there are no Church services and some hardcore Catholics fast and most don't eat red meat or chicken
On saturday we don't do much because Jesus is still dead
And on sunday we celebrate his coming back from death and it's a celebration because it's supposed to be a miracle

You catholics make way to much fuss over that when everybody knows it's all about eating easter eggs.

They are the greatest cookies ever, I can't stop eating them.

I agree with you there Andy, but it just help as a reminder for weak people that mess up their priorities. Respecting others is important, also acting in a proper way, but many people just forgot how to do so these days

Religion is for everybody, and it's up to you to accept it or not. You can live happy with or without it. People are not perfect, we all do mistakes, but some more than others. Sometimes you get in those moments and common sense/conscious/religion can help you make the decision. I am a muslim, and follow some of rules, but there are somethings that doesn't make sense to me and I would never follow.

No offense, DA but people who pick and choose what makes sense to them in their religions are one of the reasons I have no respect for religious people. I agree that following any religion completely is illogical but why claim to have faith and devotion if you just choose what pleases you, which btw most religious people do. It doesn't make sense to me.

Just to clarify tho, the relaxed religious people are way more likeable than the nuts.
