I just answer the callers calls and try to help them by typing their question into a computer system then read the answer. After that, a "Have a good day" statement is a must.
I hate people telling me to 'Have a good/nice day', because it seems so insincere.

It's one of the thing that pisses me off the most when I'm in America.

Well yea its nice, but I have to work at least 5 hours a day and above that I have my college.. But I get to have about 250 JDs per month which equals about 350$.

Well same in here, but we have to. Our calls are recorded to ensure "quality" and if this sentence is not used, no contract extension is to be expected.

I know employees may not have a choice, but it still annoys me.

Everyone should be openly hostile to customers like I was when I worked in a bar.

It pisses me off too, but I work as a cashier so I have to say it to every customer along with a few other "scripted" lines
