I just answer the callers calls and try to help them by typing their question into a computer system then read the answer. After that, a "Have a good day" statement is a must.

I hate people telling me to 'Have a good/nice day', because it seems so insincere.

It's one of the thing that pisses me off the most when I'm in America.
