well i would answer to your question, and i would like to discuss and debate about the subject...i think that after us getting in a, the first mistake was that we got a tennis man into a decisional position for juventus, then deschamps was kicked out (no need to cover it, that's the truth)..in the first year there were no expectations, but still our hunger for glory took us in the 2nd position..but the bad part was that all of our buget money were spended on some players, we overpayied them. Now this mistake was repeated in the 2nd year too...our old guard is starting to get old and injuries arrive...remember how del piero was cappocannoniere in serie b and in serie a too..Secco was responsible for all that cash we threw at the window. But we still managed to in the ucl, we got kicked out with chelsea, no shame in that. Now in the 3rd year needed to be ready to win the scudetto, Juventus was prepaired..we had a big squad, good names, we brought Diego, the desire was there, i can remember our pre-season friendly with real, i can remember how camo was on a hot streak, i can remember brazzo's "90 mins battle" with c. ronaldo...we won. We started the season well..but then something happened...injuries again, we started to walk around the field..no motivation, i think the summer training was too tought/too soft because our fitness was very down. Then ferrara came with his 89'th subtitutions, bordeaux and napoli got us back to reality. After losing home with bayern it was obvious that there's a need of change. Our bod refused monday after monday to get rid of ciro, having a blind trust... And now we came to this moment, inter kicked us out of the coppa, silver star my ass...Ciro will be thrown up but neither guus or rafa will get in turin...but a 60 years old man...or a 70 years old man. Alen rightfully said that " there is a need of change in juve's play..we play like those soviets in the 80..we need speed, a kind of barca playbook" and indeed diego, gio, del piero, camo, marchisio can adapt to this kind of play..but our flanks are terrible thanks to our bod. So in every negative aspect there's a fault of the board of directors...we pay now very costly because of secco's stupidity.

I agree with everything you say blondu, the big mistake was not sticking by deschamps, the man had the perfect motivation and was no slouch tactically he fuelled the players. Since then we've been running light on the tank seeing how far it will get us, now we've completly ground to a halt. There needs to be big changes BoD and manager wise.

 ..now i'm thinking about elkann...about fiat. in these moments i would like that the club would be sold to a sheik...but then il avvocato would turn in his grave....for so many years this club had italiens at helm...but know a greedy non juventino is running the club.. something must be changed not at the bod but higher.. the "plan" had failed.
