I found some YouTube video about a government engineer who said there's a base out in New Mexico that was built in the 60's to house aliens and act as a government meeting place between the aliens and United States. The guy claimed he got his hand blasted off by alien technology and that this Dulce Base has seven levels, the 6th being a huge laboratory where experiments are done. You know, like interbreeding between aliens and humans, humans being turned into giant insects, et cetera. Really great stuff.
