Well I can't tell them to be quiet and turn off both TVs, then I'd be asking too much. I did tell to my mom, she actually says it's my fault I can't concentrate, which is stupid because you simply can't. Knowing my father it'd be the same speech. It's all my fault from their point. Music gets my brain on stand by, I can't listen and study, especially not with the headphones. It's really depressing...
I tripped the fuse in my house to turn off the Power to the TVs when I was trying to study...I let my parents know that if they contributed to poor grades they're getting put into a home.

Dusan, do you have to come home to study? Can't you stay somewhere in the university or the library?
Yeah, growing up with 7 siblings and 2 parents in the same house, I'll have to do go on pilgrimages just to open a book :D

So I would defenitely suggest if they cant be considerate enough to lower their noise, that you go to the library as much possible, and study at home when its quiet or at night when the library is prolly closed. A tried routine that works for me. Even if generally the noise around me didnt effect me so much at home (and one got to abuse the power of shushing them because they usually listen.

It's too much to handle, believe me. I feel sick now as we speak because it was so annoying. Every time it's my fault. "how can that bother you" "you aren't used to studying" "there's no noise"...I just can't fight it anymore.

People who work in noisy environment have those noise canceling headphones. Well not headphones but you get the idea.
Sounds good.

Woh, no offense, but thats very immature approach of them, they are supposed to support and encourage you to study. You have no choice then to buy that noise cancelling thing Martin mentionned.
