should we punish every handball? should we only punish handballs in the area? or should we punish handballs in the area in extra time of "important" games? It has to be consistent; like i said its really unfortunate that it happened in those circumstances but i'm against PR fines/suspensions. The ref had no way of seeing it, and it seems he followed procedure so he should not be punished either.
