Clothes in the UK, as everything else really, are ridiculously overpriced
Let me rephrase: G-Star is even more overpriced than the other stuff.

I actually had a pair of Doc Marten's black/white wingtips shoes. I got them in Vegas and I really have no idea what I was thinking. One time, when I went to a homeless shelter to drop off some clothes/shoes, they went through my stuff, saw the shoes and said "We can't take these. The people who need this stuff have to have SOME sort of dignity."

Yea those are great for running Jack.
I know, I bought them from a running lab, you stand on glass so they see how your foot presses on the floor, you run on a treadmill and they film you. They disappear for a minute or two and come back with the shoe that fits your foot best.

Is that how you normally buy shoes? I've never even heard of a running lab

G-Star is worn by pricks with more money than sense here.

It's naff and wildly over priced.
Well i wear g-star,thanks.:D

Agreed we have a large gstar shop here in Nottingham, I will just go to top man, the most expensive jeans I've ever brought were a pair of black diesel ones for going out in, I washed them once and the colour faded, so I took them back, right now I like firetrap which are reasonably priced, and a pair of levi's now and again don't hurt.
Diesel jeans are gay.

These are the best jeans ever, I doubt you have them in the US.
G-star make quality jeans.
