for all tattoo haters...2 weeks ago, i was working on the ambulance, the last intervention that i had in that workday was a 18 years old blue eye blonde with a sick tattoo under her belly, positioned at right..it was some kind of tribal tattoo of an aztec queen. Geez it was so hot

Yeah, there can be exceptions. But ask her to show you that tattoo when she's 60 and tell me if it's still hot.

I did read your post. Not much sense and logic if you ask me. Same thing my Mom would say, my relatives and friends. To me it doesn't make sense. This is how I see it...

1) You enjoy smoking and you don't care whether you disturb the others or not
2) You're smoking just because the environment/society isn't helping you much (example: you got your friends smoking and because you don't want to feel lonely or isolated you join the party, which is pretty weak) etc
Do you smoke?

That post is essentially the introduction to Allen Carrs method of giving up smoke, a method that has a 95% success rate and has helped over 60 million people give up smoking....

Small chances that she'll get to 60..she already had an heart attack. I just reminded that she had glasses too. Oh and i'll get lapo's tattoo on my back when will get the next scudetto. It's a promise to myself

Theres only a 100% success rate method,

Cold Turkey-Subtitution.

If you are addicted to something you will never be addiction free, you sohuld sub it with something good like a hobby or woking out.

That doesn't work, people who give up that way do it in spite of the treatment as opposed to with it, eventually you have to go cold turkey. Substitution is essentially like saying to a heroin addict...dont smoke it, inject it. Its the same drug, The only way of quiting is cold turkey, it just depends in what way you go cold turkey and how managable you find it.
