Get over it? I only commented once on how what you were saying was complete bullshit. Non smokers dont need anything to help them relax. The only reason you need cigarettes to help you relax is because the hit of nicotine that you body is craving removed the stress the craving give you. If you gave up you wouldnt need it.

It was always hard for me to practice, so I did the very best thing and quit. I cannot possibly imagine ever playing an instrument again given how little I enjoyed to practice.
