I'm not sure I understand what you mean by 'technicals'. I didn't have an oral exam before my solo. I had to do a take-home written test for it where I was allowed to use the text book as well as the operating hand book. Then the instructor and I went over the answers until he determined I knew everything.

Oh, well before we can fly solo we have to 2 exams. "Rules of the Air" and "Techincals." I was hoping it would have been something similar to what you did. I was supposed to call my instructor for a practice test but some shit happened and I don't get to have one now. Thanks anyway, I'll just wing like I always do.

12-13. It should be a lot more, but every weekend there's always something, usually rain. Hopefully, I finish early next year and go probably Miami!
