@Van der Beck, could you do me a favor por favor? I need to know the forecast weather for Ocean City, Summit NJ, and Salisbury for tomorrow between 12pm through 4pm. I'm going on a solo cross country flight and I don't wanna take any chances at all.
The problem is we have a low pressure system associated with a stationary front stretched across the Carolinas and into the South. That weak low will move up the coast, but the models are not in agreement about how quickly it will move. Right now, everything looks fine for Ocean City and into Southern Delaware, but there might be some remaining storms in the Jersey area. If everything moves out in time, all you'll be left with from OC to Jersey would be very isolated storms, if you see any at all. Once again, those isolated storms show up in the heat of the afternoon.
The best model we've got, the Canadian Model (

), is telling me that everything will move out in time, including Southern Jersey, before 18 UTC, or 2pm. Since you'll be traveling North along the coast, you may just be able to make the flight.
Looking at the official forecasts from NOAA and weather.com, they agree with me completely on OC and Delaware, but NOAA says 60% chance of strong thunderstorms throughout the day in Summit. Weather.com says everything should be fine by noon or 1pm in Jersey.
I think you should be able to make the flight, but I'll be up early tomorrow and will have a better idea of what's going on.
