Yup. I improved the customer satisfaction scores of the group of agents assigned under me from 70 to 75% over 2 weeks, and thus helping our team also. Overall a good job i would say.

There's a slim chance that i'll get promoted to a supervisor from the job level that i'm in right now. This chance was only given to learn from the experience of being a supervisor.

btw, our real supervisors will not be returning in July as scheduled, but will come back towards the end of July. So other agents here will take my place as a supervisor for a period of 2 weeks each.
