I don't really care, it's hard to get excited about buying a bike in this country where bike theft is a national sport. I've had two stolen in recent years. Just as long as it doesn't break and it doesn't get stolen I'll be happy. I bought it with two locks.
I hope you bought a shitty bike no-one will want to nick then.

I've gotta piss like a race horse but I have a live trade going, so I don't even want to leave for a second.
You still got that coffee cup handy? :D

Just like at football in the old days: piss in a cup/bottle then hurl it at the away fans.

That was my strategy last time. A rusty beat up bike that was in good condition but looked worn out. They still took it. They'll take anything.
So even if it's a bike with almost no resale value, they still take it?

What's the point?

I was in Eindhoven once (where PSV is from, it's an hour by train), walking along this shopping street on a Sunday, very few people out. A grungy looking guy comes up to me with a bike and offers it to me for 5 euros.

Enough said?

PSV are from Eindhoven? There was me thinking Ajax, PSV and Feyenoord were cities in Holland. :p

And, yeah. Makes sense if it's folk that think it's worth stealing a bike for a fiver.

Did you accept his offer?

Nope. In fact I was suspicious that anyone would sell a bike for that amount, I half expected the cops to be on his heels or something. Anyway, it wasn't exactly the kind of product I would buy. 5 bucks to buy, 80 in repairs the first month. Just getting it home by train would have cost me like 10.
