I just got me one of these

You are welcome tomorrow for the premiere.

Right now it's my first evening outdoors this season and the first trial of the designer oil lamp that I got as a present last year. Really great evening especially because I'm sipping on this nectar

 Sounds about just right!

Weber grills are the shit. I love grilling. One of the best pastimes ever.
I think that Weber grills are the best ever, that's my second Weber. I have the Go-anywhere and even such a small sized grill it does a fantastic job.

And as you said, grilling is indeed one of the best pastimes ever. Do you put chopped wood to burn with the coal?

We have a gas grill, actually. Easier to handle.

But yeah, adding some hickory or something to the coal is how I'd do it.

Chunks of hickory or mesquite wood do wonders for the flavor especially when slow cooking a large chicken or turkey or a brisket.

:D I would say that also but in fact gas grilling has become more common that coal grilling. It's not that bad but I'd still go traditional.
The best flavor comes from wood or charcoal fires. Gas only marginalizes the flavor in the meat. It's a scientific fact. :D
