as a special requirement, im setting up replacements for defective printer. usually, a tech support agent conferences a call with me, i verify the troubleshooting done and setup the replacement. so for the first 3 hours into my shift, i got raped with calls, left right and center! it's OK now though!

It took around 3 hours. I stopped a couple of times on the way. I was also beat.
