ya i read the article and i do agree that its f'd up but i don't think it constitutes the death penalty

murderers, serial killers and other man slaughter offenders usually get the death penalty. but then again i don't know the bylaws/precedence of the wondrous indian legal system so i really can't say i'm 100%

im just saying that their crime is so severe, sentening to X years in jail would not suffice IMO.

Seems harsh to kill somone if they didn't intend to kill someone, even if their action were reckless or negligent.
