Yes, he admitted to the Kenya bombings, not sure about Tanzania. The FBI does not mention anything about Bin Laden with regard to various reports and statements on 9/11. They simply have no evidence, not even an admission.

When did he then? Right after 9/11 he surely said he was not responsible for the attacks, but rather he said more attacks would follow. You know about true Jihad movements... if they were responsible, they'd make sure people knew they were.
