btw, i tried to install OS X on my PC, but it was waiting for a root device to be recognized! it seems it's due to the SATA hard drivers!

well, there may be a new phone supp. group launching at work for Mac users, and i wanna get into it, just to see how well our software and printers run on macs than PC's. so this is just to familiarize meself with Mac.

In that case I wouldn't get my hopes up. From my small experience with OS X on a nonmac you'll be lucky to get it running tolerably well. And still half the hardware won't work. OS X is like the crappiest distro ever to install. I doubt it's gonna be worth your effort.

I know it is hard to get it to work on a PC, but the effort to install it is not as expensive as buying a Mac Book. you catch my drift?
