About to hit the sack... in more ways than one.
    STOP PUNCHING YOUR TESTES!
so last march i was arrested for a dwi like 1 block from my place

my trial finally came about this week and it came to light that i was unlawfully pulled over by the cop because his initial suspicion for pulling me over was speeding. he clocked me going 51 in a 45 but we found out that the speed limit was changed to 45 only 6months ago so when he pulled me over the speed limit was 60 meaning that he had no reasonable suspicion in pulling me over since i was doing a 51 in a 60!!

the jury took 2 days to come to a verdict and they never came to one, thus a mistrial was declared. its been a crazy stressful year and ordeal and thats why i've been cryptic and bitter at times.
There you go, get some, dog.
Damn dude. You could have said something. A few of us are lawyers kids and one of us has had a DUI scare. So we know what is what.

    Congratulations on the justice.:D:pint:
    Word...
While Burke and I were doing doughnuts in the adjacent parking lot. Talk about irresponsible.
But i was driving Frank with no lights on.....

    :lol2:

Okay, I'm going to bed, fackers.

WAKE UP, WAKE UP, HONK HONK!

    :lol2:

    That was dumb.
It was fun at the time at least. Poor truckers probably caused an accident because they couldn't sleep that night.

I'm out as well... racquetball in 6.30 hours. Later, gentlemen.

Oh, so now you come clean... :D

Congratulations! Sounds like a big weight is off. So I take it the Attorney General won't go to a retrial for something like that?

It sounds like you have a pretty closed and shut case, though -- as the premise is all wrong for the charge. Something like that shouldn't stick.
