My mom and my sister were visiting relatives in Seattle, and its a cliche, but I kid you not, they said they were shocked how many of the average pedestrian they saw was not only typical poster boys for being overweight, but severely obese (and thats compared to the other american cities they went to, like Minneapolis etc who were normal, fat people here or there, but not everywhere like in Seattle).
