That's kind of b.s., though, Andy. The guy hasn't officially been in office for more than 5 minutes and he's supposed to muster up hardened policy as a rogue independent from the rest of the elected U.S. government?

I understand people wanting substance. But substance doesn't come from a campaign speech or even acceptance speech. Substance comes in deeds and accomplishments, not promises.
I did not say that he should muster up some amazing plan right away, but I wanted to know if he hinted to what he'd do to fight off this depression.

Whether it's BS on my part or not, Obama has had a couple months to think of his policies, along with picking some dodgy individuals for positions.

Are you serious? You need a happy pill or something kiddo.

On another note: I'm sure W would be happy to hop back into office if you're not satisfied with Obama's term so far.

Yes, actually. Especially having faith in politicians, which is rather sickening.

Once they prove that they are making the right decisions, then they can be praised. Sorry to say that Obama has similar people around him as Bush did.
I guess I'm a lunatic. Finally the guy I voted for won and I'm "brainwashed and following my leaders blindly" because I hope he actually does well? Strange world we live in.
