but it can lead you into many diverse career paths which is never a bad thing. a friend of mine studied CE with some enviromental concentration for his undergrad and 2 years after graduating he is working for some environmental lobbyist for the state of texas.

i'm pretty sure that your degree plan is more beneficial since it has the business courses which pay off big when entering the real world

nothing beats working for the government (not the post office or anything like that)

you could also look into working for energy companies as well. i'm pretty sure your major is a prime target for the big dogs

flying is way to expensive these days

just found out i gotta go to SF on the weekend of the 18th and its looking pricey!

$600 to fly to NY for xmas/nye

$600 to fly to CT for thanksgiving (the most busy travel weekend in the u.s. every year)

$500-600 to fly to SF or Oakland or SJ depending which airport i choose
