My roommate is a fan of the Yankees and he made sure that I knew that they were out because we went to a bar so he could drown his sorrows while I drove him home. I was more relieved because I didn't have to watch him watch baseball anymore.

So I am a happy woman since baseball season is done in my apartment.

The ESPN Networks could be the most nonsensical and annoying American broadcasting group, apart from FIX News. Don't like any of their commentators in any sport, nor do I enjoy watching lumberjack bullshit while a football match is on. They can take their nonsense and shove it.

From the Euros, we found out that ESPN is just "the Worldwide leader in lightning strikes."

I've had some badass flu about 10 days ago, then it degraded into a simple cold which I'm carrying for about 5 days now. Doesn't seem like it's going away. Breathing with it has become a full time job.

The breathing is the worst part. I have a little of the breathing issues left when I am around others wiht the cold but I can handle this over what I had earlier.

colds + being a smoker = hell!!!!!!! everything tastes like crap and u have a bloody headache 99%of the time. thats why ive decieded to go thru this coming winter as a non smoker so far i ve managed to smoke my first cig of the day just 6 hours from waking up this morning. so far its going alright but i'm itching for a cig now and thats horrible. so if u r a non smoker stay this WAY!!!!!
