My cousin and I barbecued Pakistani style last night. We got bricks and white pebbles from Home Depot and then we set them up in a rectangular shape in his back yard; dug out about two inches from the ground and put some pebbles in there. Then we put charcoal and lit it up and then we just put chicken skewers over it. Shit was delicious.
