I get what you mean but now you touched a subject a bit dear to me

ISO 9001 does not really specify tests, it just says that they have to be done so to be certified ISO but they don't care how and what for the tests are. This is why it's really silly to be ISO certified. When you want quality you have to go "disciplines".
