same here, i thought the majority of countries in europe have the 4 day work weeks? i guess i was wrong eh?
I do flex, I have 40 hours per week, sometimes I work over between Monday and Thursday and take a short day or no day on Friday. You may have confused it with informal Friday where some companies "allow" you to go with casual clothing on Fridays, but that's no existing in Sweden because you can do casual any day.

"working" remotely from home
:D That's the best thing one can do, that and the Friday afternoon "meeting"

we do the same thing here at my company where we work 40 from mon-thurs and either take 1/2 or full day off on fridays.

btw i still think the friday afternoon meeting is the dumbest thing ever and the ppl that schedule them are even dumber
