Oh my! You don't have to go through all that trouble for me :D

Get them a blender!
:D

Hmm...not a bad idea.

Save yourself the trouble and get them a gift card
That seems to be the lazy option :D

Did they sign up for a wedding registry? Sometimes it's better to buy something off those than to be creative
Na they didn't and I think that's messed up...I'm kinda old-school when it comes to that.

Buy on AliExpress.com

I thought the same thing
Fucking desi!
:lol2:

Me too. So give them money I guess
lol, I was totally wrong. They have a website where they have a registry. I just talked to the best man though and he says I don't have to get something off the list + him and some guys might chip in and get something and he'll let me know so I can chip in as well. Man, this shit is complicated.

That's a good idea! I've done that with friends when we want to get something that is expensive and we can't afford by ourselves. If that doesn't end up happening the registry is the best way to go

Yeah, the registry is the way to go. People want useful things when they get married.
Who doesn't? I just don't like the idea of asking what to be gifted. It's cute when you're 5 but weird when you're in your 20's. That's just me though.

I agree! All of my friends who have gotten married have taken a lot of time to put together their registry according to their needs and priorities. So I think it's kinda rude to buy something outside of the registry because they might have it / might not need them / something else might be higher in their priority list

Giving people gifts can be rude? Aren't we losing perspective here?

Some registries will let you buy a single item, like a spoon, or a pot. That's awesome.
