Which of the following processes is exothermic?
Question 5 options:
The chemical reaction in a "cold pack" often used to treat injuries.
The melting of ice.
The formation of dew in the morning.
The vaporization of water
None of the above are exothermic.

I'm thinking vaporization , or formation of dew

They failed the English test ;)

The dew, all the rest are endothermic.

Thanks guys!
Use the standard reaction enthalpies given below to determine DH°rxn for the following reaction:

2 NO(g) + O2(g) → 2 NO2(g) DH°rxn = ?

Given:
N2(g) + O2(g) → 2 NO(g) DH°rxn = +183 kJ

1/2 N2(g) + O2(g) → NO2(g) DH°rxn = +33 kJ
Question 7 options:
-333 kJ
-150. kJ
+238 kJ
-117 kJ
+115 kJ
