I hated it when that happened in my previous role. My manager could only give about 3-4 people day offs each day. So when I'd call, he said he couldn't afford to have anyone else take the day off. And most of the time, it used to be people to take leaves very frequently. Thank Del Piero I don't have to do that anymore.
