What up peeps? Can someone tell me if im the only one who has problems logging on this forums? Namely, when i write my username and password, i click Log in, it says "thank you for logging in" but then it redirects me on the main page and it says that im not logged in. And ill have to repeat the process several times, and then i successfully log in.

Have you tried refreshing the page after logging in? Have you tried clearing the the cache and cookies in your browser?

I finished a 3 hours lab TA session an hour ago. Some of the students were asking me what is my favorite choclate/liquor/wine/etc. Next week is the final one, so it sounded to me like they are trying to get me something. I don't like taking presents from the students, usually it's a nice gesture from them, but it is awkward accepting presents.

I TA 4 sections per year, last year I was nominated for best TA of the year, but didn't win it, I was top 5.
The first term, some of my students gave me choclate, cards in December. I did hesitate to take the gifts, because I usually don't like other students to think that I might favor some students over others and like to make sure things are run normally, since I have control of 15% of their final mark
