Congrats pal, are job prospects likely? :pint:

I've just finished a CV, I'm trying to get my work placement for next year, we've all been told we probably won't get any.
All I have to do now is pass all my classes, have the paper accepted, and present the paper in front of the department.

I don't have any official offers, but prospects are likely.

You graduated uni Luca?

Good luck with the rest of the 3 quarters Eazy :D
Nah, I'm on my second year of a 4 year law course. Next year is my placement (hopefully) otherwise I'll just progress to my final year.
Red will tell you how hard it is to get any sort of placement or training contract in this profession due to the current economic climate.

So when it comes down to it, in essence whoever isn't an atheist/agnostic is not a free thinker?

Is that limited to those who are born Muslim, or are newly converts to Islam also classified under the non free thinkers?
Why is Martin always involved in a religious debate? :shifty:
I'm glad you said it.

Leave it Fred. Martin is the new Seven. He somehow manages to make a friendly conversation having nothing to do with religion about religion.

What position to what company?

I might be able to help you.
Liberty. Some ski resorts across the country have a meteorologist on staff. Since they already ask me for forecasts almost every day, I was thinking of writing up a proposal.

Nope. But it's not a bad idea if you know the company enough, who's hiring, and what they don't have.
This resort has not employed a meteorologist in the past. This, obviously, is where it gets tricky. What I need to convince the GM is that I can offer something general forecasts cannot. I need to convince them I can make the company more efficient when it comes to budgeting for snowmaking staff, along with hedging against unusually warm winters.

Big resorts out west have folks that address these issues, especially when it comes to buying protection against extreme weather conditions in the form of traded securities.
