The plan I had for 512k Unlimited was upgraded to 2mpbs, but I never got that speed. So I called and complained. About the ups, it used to beep like it was out of battery when the power went off, which was annoying. So I called them.
Airtel has introduced the gay 'Fair Usage Policy', with the download cap at 20GB. Its crazy, I've an unlimited plan but I can only download 20GB at 2Mbps After that 256kbps. One and half HD movie and 20GB is gone in a jiffy.
