Why didn't you say something before!!!

Could have used some inside info before the interview. Cool, so me and Yamen could potentially be co workers? :D
I thought everyone knew that. I've talked to yamen about it lots of times, teased him. Jack has made fun of him countless times for it.

Serious question though Mart, i know you hate Microsoft, but do you hate them enough that you'd reject the chance to work for them if offered the opportunity?
Not necessarily. It's not like everything that they do is bad (yeah I know, hard to believe), they even fund open source products sometimes (it's a completely marginal thing, needless to say). So if they hired me to work on something like that I don't think I would mind.

But if they hired me to hack on the next version of the Ms Word file format to make sure that it couldn't be loaded in previous versions of Word or in other programs then no, I don't think I would enjoy that.

Both are Sales jobs. One paid good money the other didn't and was almost completely commission based. It wasn't really about the money, it was more like i didn't think Sales was the right thing for me. Also the Microsoft opportunity came up. Just after i got accepted for the two sales jobs, i got an email from microsoft asking me if i would be interested in an HR intern position.
I see, good luck with landing that Microsoft job then. Im working in sales ATM and Im loving every minute of it, I guess it depends on the buisiness you're promoting and the kind of people you're dealing with more than anything.

It ain't rocket science though, and if you've indeed recieved a good offer I think you should have taken it but as they say, kol 2ishi la 7ikmeh, you never know :D
