I slept after 3, woke up at 4:20 or so, slept again at 5, woke up at 6:15, slept at 6:30 and woke up at 9:00. Thats a total of about 5 hours

I think both of us should enroll at Tahirs sleep clinic.

Nope. I'm pretty tired when I'm at work. So I thought if I worked out in the evenings maybe I'll be really tired at night and go to sleep early. But I don't feel a thing and I have to force myself to go to bed and then wait to fall asleep. But unlike you, I don't wake up easily. Its the falling asleep part that is hard.

I sleep 4-6 hours everyday, without sleeping during the day.

I actually spent the whole afternoon playing football today, i'm tired as fuck, it's almost 1 am here and i can't sleep yet.
