You know it occurs to me that alarm clocks are such an unnatural intrusion into our lives. Why not use a natural method to wake up? Like a muscle cramp. Sure as hell worked on me this morning.

I will have to try that. I had 5 alarms on my phone and I don't remember how I put it off every five minutes. I woke up two hours after the first alarm went off.

Take it from me, a muscle cramp will wake you up no questions asked, 100% guaranteed to work :D

It's tricky to fall asleep right after so they will keep you up for a good half hour at least.
