I know.

But why did you include that with things Muslims aren't allowed to do?

The first two are accepted in western culture but shunned by muslims. That one is the exact opposite.
I wasn't making a list of things they are/aren't allowed to do.

I was making a list of things they have that are the opposite in western culture

I bet, and we (everyone but them) shouldn't have a say in their decision about keeping their lives because we're not going through with what they have to put up with every second of their life.

I don't understand why it's so hard for some people to assimilate that.

THink about this:

If you allow Euthanasia, then think of the billions hospitals would lose in not keeping those people alive.
It's sad, but most likely that's one of the main reasons why it isn't allowed.

_____

I for sure know that if i had cancer or another terminal illness with no chance of recovering i would prefer dying while i'm still "whole" than slowly wither and die in pain.

I guess it depends. I lost a relative to cancer a couple years ago, she wasn't able to eat had to be fed through a tube, she seemed out of herself at times too and could barely speak.

I would definitely prefer dying earlier than that.

ALS and Alzheimer are two of the worst diseases i could think of though.

Well it would depend on the type and severity of cancer, but I said Alzheimer's, but how cool would it be to re-meet your family everyday?

Ebola just wouldn't make sense, you're dead in 24 hours anyway, so I'd have to shoot myself.

    True story:

Fag at the Levi store had an accent...

    Me: Are you from Boston?
    Fag: No, I'm from England
    Me: Cool, what part?
    Fag: The Middle part
    Me: :wth:
Fag: My step dad is from Boston
    Me:

Of course i would take the chance and fight cancer. However, if the fight is by all means lost i'd rather die than just wait in pain.

About Alzheimer's, there's just no point in living that way.
